Jessie: Alright, Hi everyone it's nice to see you. It's nice to have someone new join us as well, Hi, Norma, can't see you. But thank you for joining us.

I would like to ask you to all get settled, and see if you can sense the energy beyond your senses, so use the ears beyond your ears and if your eyes are open sort of the vision beyond the physically seeing eyes, and try and see if you can kind of tap into just that natural vibration that is always present, that sort of italian 'sottofondo, the undercurrent, or the under background would be the direct translation, of sort of all of, all of existence, for me it's very palpable, right in this moment, so I wan't to know, or I want to see if maybe talking a moment, you can sense it as well with those extra senses that we all have.

Just before we get started and as we we are waiting it's like becoming aware of a part of your body that has always been there, but you just sort of not really paid much attention to it, like maybe the smallest toe, on your left foot, if your transfer your attention to that, you can see how it's very present, but you don't normally put your attention on it.

Well these other senses, are the same, they are just there, and they are part of your body, and you can just move your awareness, outside of your physical skin, your skin line, and you have access to all this other richness and ability to just know.

Right, so I will go over that verbally, if you have a question, just let Gail know in the chat, and she will go through the hands up in the chat, and call on you as each question rolls on during the session. Or comment or really any sort of dialogue, it doesn't seem to need to be a specific question, I don't even think, tonight, it can just can be chat, somehow I feel.

V:[ 07:40 7:40] Good now to you all, it is our pleasure to be with you here in this moment, we have the intention of experimenting within this session, with the vessel and we are grateful to you to be here to be part of this experimentation, and to be our collaborators within it, we will appreciate your feedback, if at any time the conversation this evening, this morning, this day, becomes too choppy, or disjointed, due to our experimentation at which point, we will cease and re-attempt the modifications to our transmission, at a later time.

You may, have noticed that our intention is to convince the vessel that there is the ability to remain in connection with us, with eyes open, for we believe that in future transmission that this will facilitate the interaction, between us and you, as we will have more information via the visual feedback and more comfort on the end of those who are participating. If we can transmit with eyes open that level of comfort. If not we would understand that the previous format was more functional. So this is what we are prefacing the evening with, the day with, and are very excited to see what it is that you have brought, to this meeting at this time. Whenever you are ready we are willing to attempt the first question. [11:37 11:07]

Host: So at this time we are waiting for questions. So people if you have a desire to ask a question please just put a note in the chat, and I will acknowledge you.

V: As we wait, may we all ponder, how marvelous it is to exist, how precious individuation can be and is, there is no being anywhere in all of existence that is exactly the same as any one of you, and just that, fact alone if understood and believed, would resolve so much.

And we see there is not a heavy distortion, at this time, and so as opposed to questions, perhaps, that maybe a require a formulation, we would also invite any form of ponderance or speculation, as at this time we do not feel is the case to add what has not been requested. [14:33 14:33]

Host: So we have a couple of people who would like to make a comment.
Should I call on them now.

V: yes.

Host: Karissa, please proceed with your comment ?

Q01: [14:44 14:44] [Karissa] Ok, my question or comment is that today and the past few days I was experiencing, a lot of variance and contrast, where it felt like I was zooming out, into the larger aspect of the field and then coming in to more of the personality and then zooming out and coming back in. And that was cool, but also challenging, and then today I had a very challenging inner process, and so my question is, is it, required to go through the cycle of discomfort, when we are letting go of what we are not ? ha, does that make sense ? Do I need to say it a different way.

V: No, we will ask why it was challenging and what was it challenging ?

Q: ah, So why it was challenging, it felt heavy, what, like the thoughts I was having, were very negative and lack based, and very fixed and narrow, so I think I felt tension and it was challenging to choose continually to let, to let go of negative expectation, and I felt this morning, like there was some block or trauma or something that I needed to get past. in order to see more clearly.

V: What was being challenged ?

Q: ah ha ha

V: And what did you need to see ? clearly ? Without the idea, that there is some prestanding you that can be challenged, and without the idea, that there is something that needs to be seen clearly, or that you could in theory see more clearly than you currently see it. Do you have the same experience ?

Q: If I don't reference anything other than what I am experiencing, then I guess then there is no problem, but when I. ah ha ha

V: If something feels heavy, put it down, that is why it feels heavy, the thought that this is heavy, or this feels this way or that way, only arises to you, because you are choosing to take something and carry it that does not belong to you. For in truth, nothing does belong to you. No thought or skill or personality clarity, or seeing, none of it is yours, to step beyond the one or, the part of the one that believes that it is fixed is to become more fluid.

And with that fluidity, much is resolved, or floats away [20:30 20:30] . You are never challenged, in truth, because you cannot be challenged, so the sensation of being challenged, means that you have come upon a part of you, that you believe yourself to be, that is challengable, and this part is asking to be re-integrated or let go of which are synonymous, although they seem to be opposites. [ 21:51 21:51]


V: Thank you.

Host: Helle you can go ahead.

Q02: What is the best thing to do, or the best way to be, when you have a loved one that is very sick, and is isolated and you can't visit her, and you feel the big loneliness of that person, how, what is the best way to connect, to do in that situation.

V: There is no best way, in any situation, in all situations, the way that is, is the best way, your question we think is more how can I resolve my sense of helplessness in this situation, how can I transmit what I feel, to this person, and how can I be with them even though it seems [23:24 23:24] circumstantially, that they are alone and I am separate from them. Is this correct ?

Q: Yes, absolutely.

V: You are not separate from them, they are not alone, you can with your heart and mind and non physical vehicle be with them at all times, and bring them the same comfort that you would by holding their hand, this comfort may not be, acknowledged, on the conscious level, however the soul connection that occurs when one takes with their conscious level, an intention to be on a non physical level with another being, is equivalent to actually being there, to be able to resolve the turbulence that you are feeling, and the pain that is arising as you are projecting your sense of them being alone on them and the situation, you have the opportunity to stay with yourself, be by your own side, hold your own hand, and care for yourself in the way that you would care for this person if you were with them, you can tell to yourself, the same words that you would tell to them. You are not alone. I am with you, it is all going to be ok, you can say all of these words, to yourself and as you feel the sadness or the strain or stress or anxiety or whatever you have labelled these emotions as, lift from yourself, you can be sure that you as them as an individuation in a portion of of the consciousness of all that is, are taking the steps, the best steps, in this case, because it will be what you will be doing, to alleviate the loneliness, not only of this person, but as you may be aware, or are certainly aware, at this moment in time, in your collective, there are many many beings who have this same emotion, so, care for yourself in the way that you care for them and as you do project also that energy to to them. And, if you would like, to also all the other portions or individuations of consciousness who are currently using this experience towards their expansion.

Host: Kori, you can proceed with your question now.

Q03: [Kori] Thank you, My question has to do with physical pain, in the body, in my body, I am in a place in the last two days where there is a lot, a lot, a lot of physical pain, I haven't been able to sleep for the last couple of days because I haven't found a way to be with the pain and ease at the same time. And so my question, I think it's a bit of a useful way to be with this experience is to have compassion for the part of self that is going through this experience, but then also if I can notice that awareness is here, in the experience I also think it could be a point of opening, and so I guess my question is, or my ask or request is, [sigh] kind of like my request is, a request for a reminder that is how to be with physical pain. And now I am crying.

V: You may have all the reminders, that you want, you do not need a reminder because at this moment you have the constant reminder and in the same way we spoke of earlier, you can truly, never be challenged, because the challenge, or in this case the pain is only coming up upon the part of you that is wanting to be released. With physical pain, it is very very complex, to be able to resolve in the mind, this concept, and you have been going beyond the mind, to resolve it, and this is where we would counsel you to, reside while you are in this pain.

We would love for you to remember that your body, no matter what it seems like, is one of your greatest allies on the journey, and nothing is out of place, nothing is going wrong, you are exactly where you need to be, and it is not because you have done something wrong that this is the expression or where you need to be, it is not that form of need, it is not to teach you something. It is because something is naturally unfolding for you on a soul level. This is the unfolding that you want more than any other experience and we have so much compassion, for you, because we know how pressing the physical vehicle can be, we also know how deliberate it is.

So extend that compassion to yourself, allow the mind to performs its hula hooping tricks, and you be beyond it, the body, will allow the mind to sleep soon.

V: You are so loved for your service.

Host: Karissa you can make your comment or ask your question now.

Q04: [Karissa] Ok, Thank you, I believe that you guys had said something on cycles before, or on humans, cycles or nature cycles, if I am remembering right, and I am curious, without, without a challenge, without a challenge, do we have drama? Because I know you have said before to enjoy the drama. So I am curious, what you have to say about the heros journey, because my mind thinks I can let go of all struggle, and then I will be bored without something to overcome. Can you comment on that ?

V: Yes, the only reason we said to enjoy the drama, was because it, will be impossible, quite soon, for any form of drama will get progressively more uncomfortable, for you, and you will at some point choose to do what you said you can, which and you can, which is to let go of all struggle, yes without challenges there are not drama, there is no drama. Will you be bored, well that is your choice, this is the real choice, this is why your planet is as it is at this time, because you are all quite terrified of being bored, bored at peace, bored fed, bored well, bored in love. We said recently also that the message is always the same, and the rest is all entertainment, this is life. The message is always the same, and the rest is entertainment that you have created. There is no need to release all your struggles and have peace, and be content, so if peace and contentment is boring then we suggest you continue causing yourself problems, and pretending that it is external to you, and that the solutions of the problems are external to you, and that is a valid choice.

You will be completely bored. There is nothing there, to busy yourself with.

We do like seeing your faces though. [ referring to eyes open for vessel began today]

You decide when you are ready [37:36 37:36] Things will get more exciting, and more uncomfortable, until you decide that you do not want exciting and uncomfortable, but perhaps look at why you prefer exciting and uncomfortable, what is it, that is keeping you from that step into all that there is. What is keeping you attached to your individuation that can even perceive of drama.

Q: Was that a rhetorical question ?

V: Did you find an answer ?

Q: Ah ha I have I think and answer.

V: If you would like to share it.

Q: So I believe I will, I person will cease to exist without the struggle, excitement or uncomfortableness, like I will dissolve I guess into all that is, with only peace and contentment and only that feels scary.

V: Well that's not a very clever belief to keep is it.

Q: ah ha ha

V: Because then you are putting yourself in a position of being able to only exist in discomfort.

Q: Uh huh

V: Why not adopt, the belief, that you can exist in peace and contentment. What if you you exist anyway when you are dissolved into the all that is. [40:21 40:21]

Q: ah ha ha

V: It is good to uncover beliefs, such as this, they are often hidden but not very deeply under the surface of our day to day expressions and experiences, and when they do come to the surface one can decide if they seem logical, if they seem useful, or functional and one can decide to change them for something that suits ones desires, moving forwards, so thank you for answering and for answering yourself on this very important question.
Because if you are unable to exist without your struggles then of course you need to struggle, existence is the primary function, of a being.

Q05: [42:36 42:36] [Miriam] - I have a question. The question is, I can feel very detached from the world, and I wonder if it is a strategy, to mask insecurity and how do I make the distinction ? Because I would not like it if I am making it if I am missing out on things.

V: Detached how ?

Q: Detached as in not being in full, in things.

V: It sounds to us like you have adopted some form of judgement, as to how you should be and your actual being, does not match with this judgement. Who is it that said, that you had to be involved with things, of that you could ever possibly miss out on something.
If you are following your natural instinct, to do what feels good to you in the moment, then there is no need to wonder if some other version of actions would be more suitable, and you are the only one who can know if your preforming these actions based upon a level of insecurity or if it is because you are truly following what is resonant to you in the moment and the insecurity arises only because you believe yourself to be doing something different than what you should be doing. The nature of the question points to you having insecurity, and so B, [44:55 44;55] or A, the quick way to address any form of not feeling, secure in oneself would be to lean completely, into oneself, for a period of time, as an experiment and see at the other end of the experiment that nothing happened, if you follow your instincts, your desires, your intuition for say, 5 days and this is the challenge that you give yourself, that you do nothing, but follow your instincts, and we mean follow, so this includes you interactions with otherselves, your diets, your sleep schedule, your standing or sitting, even if it means you stand from your seat and sit down 7 times, in a row before you actually get up to walk across the room, if that is your inspiration, in that moment and it is ridiculous to someone else, but to you, it is just what you are in that moment, then you will find at the end of the 5 days, not only will nothing have happened, as in you will not have lost any friend that was of value to you as a friend at the beginning of the 5 days, you have not lost any job, or relationship, or benefit that was of benefit to you at the beginning of the 5 days. There will be nothing that you have missed out on, by following yourself as yourself for 5 days, and you will have gained the knowledge that you are yourself, it is a unique individuation, there is no one like you, you were created,every energy packet of you was created in this form, with this personality, with this combination of circumstance and interrelations specifically to be the unique vessel that you are, to be exactly as you are, and you will know this, and your insecurity will vanish. You cannot be insecure when you are finding out that there is nothing wrong with you.

We are not sure if we have answered the question.

Q: everyone, thank you for having me, I would ask a question about tingling my in head...

Host: Manuela you volume is very low, can you try to repeat the question.

Q: Can you hear me now ?

V:Yes

Q06: Thank you, my question is that yesterday I was having a tingling in my head, and I was wondering what it was ?

V: There are a myriad of reasons why you may have the sensation of tingling in your head, we would like to counter your question with what do you think it was ?

Q: I think it, I think it's energy, coming from above, but I don't understand why I felt it that day, I wasn't doing anything particular, not a meditative state, or anything like that, that is why I was wondering what it was.

V: And when you became aware of it, did it stop of continue ?

Q: Continue,

V: The energy is constantly around you, and you have as we heard the vessel describing at the beginning of the session, both physical and non physical bodies, the tingling perhaps, and we will not give you a definitive answer for that is yours to decide upon, could have been felt in the head region, as a form of antenna is turned on, and off at times. It is not necessary that this antenna is turned on during meditation or during some spiritual awakening, although that is often the case, but your awareness of this sensation, which was either new or not common to you, points to you having more energy, brought into your being at that time.

We suggest moving forward if the tingling occurs, again to simply stop and take that as a sign, for you to have a moment of reflection or meditation, and not to focus too much on the what is this, or why is this, but simply to enjoy the influx of energy, if that is what you decide to settle upon with your mind, about this experience, or simply to enjoy the sensation, if it becomes uncomfortable we refer you back to to what we were saying earlier, about your body, being your ally and to simply wait and be with the sensation until such time as it is moving on from you.

Q: ok [51:47 51:47] I guess I will just keep doing what I do when I hear this, you know the sounds on the ears, so I guess it's the same thing. So what I do is I stop, I just stop and I [ enjoy 52:08 52:08]

V: Yes

Q: I have no idea what it does to me, but I, it kind of pleasant.

V: Yes,

Q: So thank you for your answer.

V: Thank you.

Q07: [Gail] So I have a question, at the beginning of this session, you spoke to us about tuning into, well it wasn't your words, but my words are ' tuning into your sensory gifts' which are unlike our five senses that are non physical. Are there some pointers that you can give us as we are exploring those new gifts ? Like a suggestions or a game we could use as we learn to use them, such as like when a child is starting to use fingers you give them blocks, or you give them play dough and they learn and their muscles grow. Is is something like that in a sense that we can practice, as we get used to them ?

V: Yes you can practice, there are easy entry points for at least the sensory expressions of what was being shared earlier, auditory is as the previous questioner, mentioned one of the entry points of this, it is one of the most common entry points, and we will use it as an example of what you can then interpret to experiment with for all of the senses, so in a quiet room, but even in a loud room that you may want to begin this experiment in a quiet room, listen for the sounds, there will be sounds, because you are biological creatures and you have many sounds, in your body at all times, so even isolated in a quiet room you will have sounds that you can pick up on, once you pick up on the quietest of sounds, if is has not already occurred that there is a recognition of the frequency, of the empty space of the room, then you may listen for that frequency, there will be a buzz, or a non buzz, almost, but more often than not a buzz, at a certain pitch that you can listen for, to take a step away from your actual ears and then step into your extrasensory auditory perceptions you can then listen past that buzzing, at which point you may have physical sensation as well, but at a certain threshold, you will realize that your ears are still listening to the silence, and it is something else that has taken over, a new level of listening, or hearing or there is no actual word for this sense, but it is closest to hearing.

Within that space, if you are now in a meditative state which we imagine you will be, having focused so intently on sound, for the amount of time that would be required to arrive at this being able to hear past, you will then have access to potentially, new thought forms, that you do not normally have access to. If you choose to think at that point. Perhaps you will believe yourself to be hearing something beyond that non sound but is beyond the non buzzing, of the auditory sensory.

If the reference point is too attached, to the physical body, this will be more difficult than if you take a very abstract perspective on yourself, and your abilities, for the more abstract you can allow yourself to be, the most possible it will be to step into these new or not new for they are yours at all times, and you may find them familiar, as well as you experiment with them. But these alternate senses, for vision it would be a kin to defocusing the eyes, until the point of which the eyes are defocused on subject an yet a new vision appears, that is simultaneously able to focus on what is not there.

We are not sure if any of this is arriving to you in a logical fashion, but we will make effort to transmit, the information non verbally. So that you may integrate it at a later now.

Q08:[Gail] And is also the case in our communication with otherselves ? in this manner in this non verbal manner ? Is it a similar exercise ?

V: Yes and in that space of auditory beyond, there really is access to all sound, or all potential for communicative what would then be converted into language.

And may we say, that the vision quadrant or what you would associate most closely with vision, is the equivalent of projecting of matter.

Q: uhmm

So it feels like the transmission comes first and then the communication into a language or form that we would share it with another comes after.

V: This is always the case regardless. Even you as humans know that this is the case, you have the thought or the idea of the thought before you can turn it into language and communicate it to someone else and often as you do so it gets confused and garbled and shaken up so that the original thought or intention that you wanted to communicate does not come out correctly in words. The energy is always there first.

In fact that is why there is so much confusion about telepathy, because telepathy has nothing to do with words, it is not a telephone call.

Q: ah ha

V: It is the bypassing of words, it makes the vocal chords an even the language quadrants, or even the language portions of your brain redundant.

Q09: I don't know if you can say it easily but I have a question in this changing time.
How to be at best of service to the world ?

V: You have used the word best again.

Q: yeah

V: You already are, and the answer that we gave your earlier applies in this case as well.
If you begin to treat yourself with the same love, that you would like to treat all other selves, then this will be a natural follow on the love that you are generating and regenerating within yourself, there are several distortions on your planet, there are those who [ do not love of otherselves as they love themselves 1:02:13 , and there are those who do not love themselves as they would love otherselves, and this is often the case with beings who have come here to serve, they have come here to serve, and their service in the first several years of their life was not seen as service and therefore they were explained that they were not important or necessary as part of that service, so we advocate self love because that is where it all begins and then can fan out and make a breeze that blows into a storm that covers your entire planet, with that love, it is that butterfly effect and the batting of the wings, but the wings have to start batting within your heart first, for your own heart, so the best way to be of service, or the best way to share this love is to start with oneself, make sure that you are 100% solid in your love of self, so that there is not question when challenges arise, to topple you over as to whether or not you were worthy, you were deserving, you will know that you were loved, regardless, and you will be able to love beyond that.

We think that is a beautiful place to leave for tonight.

We hope that the change in having eyes open was not too much of a distraction or disturbing too much to the conversation, it has however, been more taxing than usual on the vessel channel for it is, more difficult for the mind to remain in the off position with the added stimulus, but we will push forward in this way unless the feedback is that it is not pleasant for you.
